Meanwhile, DeSantis recently canned four of the school board lefties down in Miami-Dade whose brain-dead policies enabled the Parkland shooter four years ago. Justice does move slowly, if it moves at all.
The differences between Ron DeSantis and Charlie Crist could not be more clear.

Her public praise of a communist dictator isn’t all she has going for her. She’s also the President of a teacher’s union, the United Teachers of Dade, which covered up for and protected a serial sexual predator for more than a decade. Looks like a bad choice...

I am guessing one great benefit for Charlie in his choice, the United Teachers of Dade (UTD) is part of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). Thus with this choice, Charlie gets megabucks for his campaign and lots of volunteers from union members.
