After the 2nd time, anyone with an IQ above room temperature would know the call is a hoax and they should have a process/procedure in place to deal with this appropriately.

What would happen if on the 4th call, it wasn’t fake, and someone was dead, and the police did not respond ??

They have to respond, perhaps with not as much energy as the first time, but if someone really wanted to kill MTG and swatted her 8-10 times and finally the police quit responding and she was actually killed, it would not be a pretty sight.
