Right. A SCIF is set up in every ex-President’s home, Library, etc., complete with staff, according to Constitutional attorneys who have spoken out. Mar-A-Lago has a SCIF.

Mar-a-Lago was Trump's winter White House when he went on vacation as President. A SCIF was set up while he was President. The affidavit states at paragraph 77, "I do not believe that any spaces within the PREMISES have been authorized for the storage of classified information at least since the end of FPOTUS's Presidential Administration on January 20, 2021."

The inference is that a SCIF and authorization for the storage of classified information existed up until the end of the administration. And then the space authorized to hold everything and anything was no longer authorized to hold those materials.

In paragraph 61, the affidavit indicates, "classified documents [redacted] were removed from the secure facilities at the White House and moved to Mar-a-Lago on or around January 20, 2021." A time before noon, January 20, 2021 would mean Mar-a-Lago DID have an authorized storage area at that time.

Unclear is who decided the SCIF was no longer authorized, or when such a decision was made. "I do not believe" is not a clear assertion of fact.
