With carbs becoming more scarce she should diversify into electric drive motor rebuilding. Most world manufacturers are going all electric. Unless she specializes in high performance carbs for racing and classic cars. More power to her!

I purchased an "new" carburetor for my 78 Ford F150 truck....same part number as the original and bolted straight on the manifold.

Wow,.. did that make a difference...just added a high energy coil and a big improvement over the original setup...not bad for $100 on e-bay.

I think the new one has better air flow and fuel vaporization.

There are enough carbs in the USA today to keep her busy until she is 80++

The last production car with carbs was 1990. I don’t know if there are any carbs on a racing circuit.
