I thought that job was killed by online booking. It's a breeze for those of us who are computer-savvy, but we forget that there are millions among us who don't have the slightest idea how to use a computer, or just plain hate using them.

Yes, but I thought the travel agents disappeared because the airlines stopped paying commissions. It appears packagingguy was talking about Disney planners, which our family has used as well.
