According to Ponomarev, the anti-Putin group authorized him to issue their "manifesto" via his Telegram channel "Rospartisan." The group describes itself as consisting of Russian activists, military members, politicians who are "now fighters and partisans."
Ponomarev said he was approached by the NRA. The group allegedly told him that it was engaged in a fight against Putin's regime. "We have established contact with NRA fighters via our Rospartisan [Telegram] channel, which covers the rising tide of resistance in Russia. Today the NRA fighters authorized me to read their manifesto."
In their purported statement, the NRA said its members oppose the war launched by Russia against neighboring Ukraine.
The NRA declared Putin "a usurper of power and a war criminal who amended the Constitution, unleashed a fratricidal war between the Slavic peoples and sent Russian soldiers to certain and senseless death." It also called officials of the Russian government and regional administrations as well as security officials "accomplices of the usurper."
The NRA said that its goal is to "overthrow" and "destroy Putin," and warned Russian officials that if they do not resign, they will be "destroyed."
The organization also declared its readiness to attack military facilities in Russia, and called on Russia's security forces and the military to lay down their arms and refuse to carry out criminal orders.
The NRA called on all Russians to join their ranks and raise the "white, blue and white flag of the new Russia instead of the disgraced tricolor."
"Wherever you are—fight like us, fight with us, fight better than us. Let's cleanse our Motherland from filth! Victory will be ours!" the NRA said, according to Ponomarev.
"I urge everyone who is prepared to fight 'Putinism' not in words, but with action, to join our ranks," he said.

It is a newly created and fake group, but I’m leaning toward either the CIA folks or Chinese folks having created it. If you read through the manifesto, there are elements of nationalism and socialism laid out....which leads to an odd conclusion resembling to a 1930s German political party.

While our hearts go out to Mr. Ayvazyan for his tragic loss, we can take comfort in the fact that he also owns a 213-foot superyacht, also called “My Saga.”

🇷🇺🇺🇦 A source told the official that the largest air military operation in the last thirty years is being prepared in the next few weeks. This is the reason for the sabotage in Novofedorovka, the failed attack on Zyabrovka and the aggressive attempts of the Ukrainians to arrange a man-made disaster at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
The air operation will be carried out by massive aviation forces in close cooperation with formations and units of other branches of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
About a week ago I read on a post on Telegram saying that there were now 400+ planes and 300+ helos deploying on the border. I connected that with what I had a week earlier about the “largest air military operation in the last thirty years is being prepared.”

Large amounts of long range anti-aircraft systems as well as full umbrellas of SHORAD systems are being amassed in Belarus, all in range to cover Ukraine. Belarusian airfields are showing high Russian Armed Forces activity. This suggests Russia is preparing…
Looking over satellite imagery, there’s definitely unusual activity in Belarus, although we don’t see any clear indications of a “Russian Armed Forces attack on Ukraine” — at least not yet.
Belarusian military convoys have been spotted all over the country, carrying equipment to different airfields.
We can confirm unusual activity at Ziabrovka airfield which is around 40KM from the Ukrainian borders.
We saw 12x S-400 Systems with around 40 missiles for them, with more likely to be delivered based on logistics reports from Belarus. That is an unreal amount of S400s — definitely not something normal to field in one place.
Multiple KASTA 2E2 & 48Y6 Podlyot radars have also been deployed.
2x Pantsir S1 systems have also been put in service at the airfield.

On the 25th of June Russia had a missile wave (50 missiles) Here is the youtube video with English subtitles showing you the whole thing. Very coordinated and very interesting.
Remember, after the victory in the Severdonesk area Russia considered Phase 1 completed and went into an “operational pause” to rest, train and refit for Phase 2. Putin said that they hadn’t even gotten serious yet (a veiled threat that the next phase would be more intense.)
