Bear in mind, the “untouchables” were treasury agents, not fibbies. FBI has always been questionable, from J Edgar Hoover on. JIm Jordan says there are a number of whistle blowers surfacing. We’ll see.

There is a private, executive branch armed force that is now in control of the proles.
It is NOT the Armed Forces but in the Dept. of Education, IRS, US Treasury, Dept of Interior, Agriculture, NCIS, FBI, Secret Service, Homeland Security, TSA, Border Patrol, and on and on.......billions of rounds of ammo, tens of thousands of pistols, shotguns, auto and semi-auto rifles, shoulder fired rocket, armored vehicles, helicopters, drones, jets....... all controlled by the executive branch of government.... a standing army on our soil to control....us.

No. The purpose of State Police like the NKVD, Stasi, etc, is to promote fear and terror.
There’s no way you can “reset” the FBI without the vast leadership throughout being completely removed. Even then you might remove the main ‘tumors’ but the rest of the body needs serious treatment to knock down what’s left.

I think it's important that such an effort NOT be made. Defund it. Shut it down. Put all the FBI employees on a "Do Not Hire" list for any federal jobs.
You can't "fix" it. Don't try.
