It is equally as likely that the perps were Chechens. But Putin, in his hard-won acumen, has chosen not to stir up the Chechens with further accusations. The Chechens are meaner than fire ants.

Agree, good point. There has been much “chatter” regarding the Kremlin discontent with Putin.
