The staggering, taxpayer-funded figure comes amidst Fauci – who sent U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund risky bat coronavirus research at a Chinese Communist Party-controlled lab in Wuhan – announcing he’d step down from his National Institutes of Health (NIH) position in addition to the role of Chief Medical Advisor to President Joe Biden in December.
“I will be leaving these positions in December of this year to pursue the next chapter of my career,” Fauci added.
“It has been the honor of a lifetime to have led the NIAID, an extraordinary institution, for so many years and through so many scientific and public health challenges,” he said, glossing past the long-standing allegations of impropriety in his career that saw him labelled a “murderer” by the LGBT community, as well as seeing his wife take a role as Head of Bioethics in the U.S. government.
But Fauci will have to wait on his government checks for a while, as he also announced, “I am not retiring. After more than 50 years of government service, I plan to pursue the next phase of my career while I still have so much energy and passion for my field. I want to use what I have learned as NIAID Director to continue to advance science and public health and to inspire and mentor the next generation of scientific leaders as they help prepare the world to face future infectious disease threats.”
I'm in the wrong line of work so it appears....
Is that unconditional, if we can prove wrongdoing?
If he is called to testify under oath before a Republican Congress, will his legal fees be covered by the government? He will need a very capable lawyer at his side when he answers questions. His legal fees will skyrocket if any Republican becomes President in 2024.
That's about $0.05 for each person he murdered in the past few years.
I bet that Dr Facet can name those diseases and their sequence of arrival into the US.
Putin’s fault .
With benefits, it’s much greater than $350K. Fauci has killed more than Hitler. Difference is....Adolph didn’t have a pension program.
Everyone has choices in life. I don’t begrudge his earned retirement pay. 50 years is a long time. Sure he was awful the last two but reagan loved him.
All that money from years of raking it all in. The little peasants can afford it. And China’s leaders had deep pockets all this time. Nothing to worry about as long as he lives.
No need to watch behind him.
No need for a food taster. This isn’t Latin America.
Always exciting to get packages delivered to him at home and opening them for the surprises inside.
No need for an aide to roll an “undercarriage inspection device” (mirror on metal rollers and rod) under any car he gets into to search for unusual new “things.”
Doesn’t have to say to person coming in to give him a shot “Hey, you’re new. Where’s the regular nurse?”
No worries as he looks outside from his restaurant table and sees a man with binoculars——again and again.
No worries looking from his plane window and seeing the mechanical and baggage crews shaking their heads and leaving, replaced by new crews and new packages being loaded.
He also has patent royalties and drug company royalties all made while working for us.
Fauci will be laughing each month on his way to the bank.
Who gets that kind of retirement?
Someone who has worked for the government ONLY for 51 years a DEEP STATE bureaucrat!! He is 81 let’s hope he drops dead soon and doesn’t collect OUR MONEY for a long period of time!!!
Probably he gets some source of annuity or something from investments. No doubt he’s CSRS.
