Stupid people do not realize Russia is the richest country in the world.
By far.
Its Capital Stock is the single greatest deposit of wealth.
Minerals, farmland, energy, timber, fisheries...they have it all in abundance.
And they have sufficient real power to keep it.
I don’t think Russia has the bodies to keep it. The rest I agree with.
More important thing is they have the intention to utilize it.
