the number one reason I’m getting from these bottom of the barrel applicants is that their current LL is selling the property. Can’t say that I blame them. The extended moratorium in NYS was the last straw.

Landlords will be forced to sell to,tE Chinese at some point because they can’t afford to,keep taking losses racked up by their non paying tenants, and when the Chinese own the buildings, I’m betting that the Chinese won’t be under the same rules as previous landlords
