All this will do is drive more rental property into condos. There will be fewer rental units available. Its regulations like this which drive up the costs, and limits the choice which renters have.
Next it will be banks and mortgage companies which will be forbidden to do credit checks on applicants.

Maybe that won't happen because both Republicans and Democrats have big investments in those companies.
