49% is too close to 50%. Smiley would have to get 100% of the undecided vote unless she can peel off Murray’s existing support. Does Smiley have any funding to be able to do this?
Although this poll is within the margin of error of the actual jungle primary result, it is down three points from the 52.3% that Murray got in the jungle primary.

Both Smiley and Murray raised about $2.5 million in the spring quarter (from 24,000 individual donors). Smiley has $3.5 million on hand, Murray has $6.6 million.
