No simp. Zelinsky ran on a platform of a ceasefire, pulling his forces back, removing artillery, and fully implementing Minsk II.
He won 70% on that platform.
When he was in, the Nazi militias simply refused and flexed threats of a new coup like 2014 if he tried. He fell in line.
Had he done what he ran on (assuming Azov and Right Sector didn’t murder him) Donbass would be Ukrainian today, and would have a local guy as a mayor or governor or whatever, and they wouldn’t have been separated.
