They assaulted two guards with some type of chemical spray while trying to get away. This attack fits the profile of previous suspected Russian bombings of EU military facilities.
Russia would be wise to discontinue their investment in Europe and instead use their resources to build Gas and Oil Pipelines Eastward to India, China and Southeast Asia and cultivate relationships with nations not prone to Piracy.
