Kind of like when the NYC police arrest someone and charge the perp with Attempted Murder. Then the DA reduces the charges and they get released.

I lived in NYC for a very long time.
Most of the voters voted for the far left Dems. They have to face the consequences.

This was from another thread today. A guy sucker punched another guy on the sidewalk in Brooklyn. The was an article in the Post. This was a quote from the NYC DA:

“The police charged him with Attempted Murder and when we got the case we evaluated and charged based on evidence we had,”

They released the ex con level 3 sex offender perp. The victim he sucker punched is in the hospital with brain damage.
