What is not failing is the virus. US daily death rate is climbing steadily. Days in the past two weeks exceeded 600. These are well above April numbers.
Japan is seeing all time high daily deaths in the 200s.
And the US Excess Deaths are now clearly above the multi year norm.
A fall surge is credible.
