Progressives hate America and just about everything it stands for as a nation. That is NOT an overstatement. For someone like Adams to call anything anti-American is like a slug telling a cheetah that the cheetah is too slow.
I suggest Adams send some construction crews down to the border states to finish building the wall. Twice as tall as before.
I am not a big fan of Abbott, but he’s played this about as well as he can given the circumstances. If the federal government keeps allowing the illegals to flow into the country (which is the real issue), keep busing them to sanctuary states and cities. And keep offering the governors and big city mayors a tour of the border areas to see the situation first-hand.
