There’s a reason that nearly all the religions in the world have essentially outlawed homosexual acts. Promiscuity and disease are likely the reasons.

Even the Greeks stopped it after having an accepted homosexual culture of sorts. And the Bible writers some 5000 years ago made sure to talk about man and woman at the very beginning. Sexual promiscuity, particularly with backdoor activities, is asking for disease.
