So will this be defined as just another mostly-peaceful shooting in the big city (committed by the 6 percenters), or as an attempted mass shooting (which only white guys can commit apparently)?
Actually 3 percenters.
12% of the population is black.
Half is women and they commit almost no crime.
So 6% is black men. But black men in their 50’s and up commit almost no violent crime. Same can be said of toddlers through 8 years old. That is about half of the black male population.
So 3% are committing 52% of all homicides.
