According to the HeyJackass! website, there is a person shot in Chicago every two and a half hours. Considering that there is 168 hours in a week, this means that over 67 people are being shot every single week in Chicago. The vast majority of them are black.

So black lives do not matter, regardless of how many yard signs the virtue signaling kids from the suburbs plant on their parents lawns. It's all a big lie.

That may be the next step. For the past several years the city has had a program called Safe Passage where in certain neighborhoods the most traveled routes to and from school were marked with signs and manned by police officers in marked squad cars.
