“But, what’s new??”

Nothing, for “…the love of money is the root of all kinds of evils” (1 Tim. 6:10)

Just some tidbits I picked up on the interwebs.

Liz, ‘Abe Lincoln’, Cheney is married to this guy, Phillip Perry, who works for the law firm Latham and Watkins in DC.

This power couple actually lives in McLean Va, but bought property in Wyoming in order for Lady Abe to run.

The hubs, Phil, is a power guy apparently. Among other things, he was an advisor to Bush and a lobbyist and works on behalf of big bidness to keep them unaccountable. Monsanto, for instance.

His place of money making is listed as one of the Top 5 law firms that keep the democrap party going.

https://bluetent.us/articles/campaigns-elections/5-big-law-firms-bankrolling-the-democratic-pary/

> Latham & Watkins
This international firm (which touts its lack of a single headquarters) has 2,700 lawyers across 14 countries and was the world’s top-grossing firm until Kirkland & Ellis took that title from it in 2018. Like the other firms on this list, Latham & Watkins has a major appellate and Supreme Court practice, a host of legal awards, and clients including fossil fuel companies, major banks, and so on.

Donations from employees to Democrats totaled a little less than $750,000 in 2018 and were spread around to a number of Senate and House candidates including Beto O’Rourke and Sen. Claire McCaskill. In 2020, the firm stepped up its giving in a major way, contributing over $2.4 million to elections, including $2.1 million to Democrats and nearly $600,000 to Biden alone. Notably, members of the firm gave over $100,000 to finance the congressional run of Latham partner Ellen Marks in Indiana’s Second District, but she lost handily to Pat Hackett in the Democratic primary. <

Lady Abe’s contributions came mostly from people who funded The Lincoln Project (only 2% came from Wyoming)

...”Cheney’s re-election bid is also being financed by the same Democrat donors who bankrolled the Lincoln Project” ...

Hubs’ place of money grubbing reps Hunter Biden in some capacity

..”Wyoming GOP Rep. Liz Cheney’s husband is a partner at the law firm now representing Hunter Biden” ...

https://nypost.com/2022/08/13/liz-cheneys-husband-is-a-lawyer-defending-hunter-biden/

FWIW, sheds some more light.

“Two ways that I can think of:”

I can think of a third: Her neocon, bushy-boy father made a killing when he was CEO of Haliburton. As part of his estate plan, he may have transferred Haliburton stock and other investments to his children either directly or through an irrevocable trust. According to Wikipedia, this dick had a net worth of $19 million to $86 million back in 2007.

She didn’t report any earned income

***********

Why not? Her salary as a representative in congress constitutes earned income.

Disclosure form for congress. Income outside congress.

Jeez.

Liz Cheney’s husband is an equity partner in the top law firm in country, Latham & Watkins. That probably accounts for much of the earnings. Tucker has an unfortunate tendency to overstate, to put it mildly, his case which detracts from many of his segments.

And you'll never know the husband's clients nor his business dealings. But I'm sure it has nothing to do with her business in Congress.

That law firm has 28 offices and over 2800 attorneys. They have lots of clients, left, right, center, good and downright contemptible.

I owned a small law firm and from my vantage point it is quite possible that an equity partner at L&W could easily make 7 figures.

The point is Tucker often makes his case by either omitting facts or by outright falsehoods.

Don’t forget graft from selling out her voters and party.

Follow the money.

I got $$$ that says NOT ONE of the 87,000 armed IRS agents will audit her! Or seize her assets or search her closets.

funny thing about futures contracts

you can buy/sell and switch owner of contract when you close out

my broker clients would regularly file with losses cuz they ate losing contracts of their clients cuz their commissions were worth more than the contract

the rule has since changed

it was obvious that the broker was eating the losses and giving the winning contracts to hillary

an obvious bribe
