Black Metal Firearms owner David Nagel originally recorded on video an ATF inspector taking pictures of his company’s documents to show what the gun industry is up against in the current political climate, but what he caught on camera has now gone viral.
Nagel joined Glenn Beck on the radio program to reveal exactly what happened the day he captured the shocking video, the threats made by that ATF inspector against his regular customers, and the insults she hurled toward all gun owners.
According to Nagel, Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Industry Operations Inspector Pamela Scott began conducting a routine review, but things quickly went sideways when she started taking photos of the shop's detailed sales records — including the identities of every gun buyer.
Nagel said he confronted Scott and even asked if she was "creating a registry," by collecting the personal information of his customers.
"No, that would be illegal," she allegedly answered.
That's when Nagel decided it was time to capture Scott's actions on video.
"We had quite a bit of recording," he told Glenn. "But a lot of it, we were not able to share because there was personal information visible in it, you know, contact numbers and things of that sort. So, we didn't want to put [all of the video] on blast."
The little bit he did "blast" out on Instagram garnered tens of thousands of views and received a wide range of both outrage and support.

Nagel went on to explain how Scott responded when he told her his customers would not be comfortable with her collecting their information.
"She said, 'well, it sounds like your customers are just being paranoid. Maybe I should look into them a little bit more.' Which I thought was really creepy," Nagel said.
"That's a threat," Glenn stated.
"And she said, 'you have a few gun nuts in there.' And I politely corrected her. I prefer gun enthusiasts. And she said, 'no, they're nuts,'" Nagel told Glenn. "That was a kind of backhanded way of describing the average American. Because, if we're all nuts, then what are you governing us for?"
Have an employee drop something loud and when the oath breaker looks away snatch the phone and stomp on it before they can react.
All on video.
Not a flawless plan but the point being it is time to push back, quite firmly.
You forgot the sarcasm tag?
The answer is None.
If congress actually wrote specific laws in a concise manner, and carried out their oversight duties, ATF and other agencies would not be (Unconstitutionally) “Empowered to write implementing regulations”.
Congress is lazy, they write unfinished feel good bills, get their pictures taken for the next campaign, then let unelected bureaucrats run our lives.
When I have made this point to politicians the universal response has been, “But then we would get nothing done, there would be no new laws”.
To which my answer is GOOD!
It took decades for ATF to get “Law Enforcement” status.
They were a “Regulatory agency”.
But not being “Law enforcement” hurt their feelings so they had to be upgraded.
Not sarcasm.

Because to do so would expose the whole 4473 charade as worthless, ineffective and inaccurate .
Hunter Bidet’ may be a dirt bag but he is a RICH dirt bag who can hire sharp lawyers.
ATF and the gun grabbers dare not let the truth our and “Discovery” in a high profile case would reveal too much.
To be clear, the 4473 back-ground check is a scam, it does virtually nothing to protect anyone.
There are more law abiding honest folk “Denied” than actual criminals prevented from obtaining a firearm from a dealer.
The records used to determine who is to be allowed to exercise their 2A rights are a shambles.
It is VERY rare for a criminal to attempt to buy from a licensed dealer, they know how to get a firearm illegally.
Illegal is cheaper and faster.
To fully explain this would require a book!
Correct.
The form 4473 is an unconstitutional infringement on the 2A.
But being a worthless “Feel good” law it will never be repealed.
“You cannot be compelled to surrender a constitutional right”.
ATF are supposed to be limited to one “Inspection” per year unless it pertains to an active investigation of a specific suspect.
Of course they are abusing that.
4473’s over twenty years old may be destroyed.
But the Bound Book, in whatever form, has to go back to day one.
Confusion over hat has caught more than one FFL, and ended their license.
They only conduct one inspection a year as it is. Thing is that inspection takes 335 days!
According to articles I’ve read they now are stating the 4473 must now be maintained. I have no personal knowledge to know for sure though.
