Maybe, but I am considerably less certain of this. Sure, many Hispanics and blacks may start voting for Republicans, but if they can steal the vote in every Dem controlled big city, that's a real problem. For example, in PA it seems unlikely to me that any Republican will ever win a statewide election again. Vote stuffing in Philly, the collar suburbs, Pittsburgh will overwhelm any increase in Republican turnout.

When people’s eyes are closed, and an election is stolen, where the real winner got 51% of the vote, then it’s easy to get away with it. But when people’s eyes are wide open, and they try to steal an election, where the real winner got over 60% of the vote, they can’t get away with it so easily.
