Well, assuming the accusations made against PDJT during the Russiagate media hype-fest were true.
The only thing it could possibly mean if the DOJ is trying to block Russiagate records from release is that the whole thing was BS, coordinated between the campaign of PDJT's opponent and the DOJ, which controls the FBI. Surely they don't want us to think that, do they?
