Conservatism is largely fact based. It is inherent to Conservatism, even if we are not perfect and allow non-factual things to be perceived as fact.
It is why the idiotic gender issue is a non-issue with conservatives. We believe you are XX, or XY, with a very miniscule number of people who, for genuine biological reasons, can be said not to fall into one side or the other.
Leftists believe you can be a USB camera, a unicorn, a ballpoint pen, or a grizzly bear.
Their “beliefs” encourage not only unhealthy behavior and mindsets, but actively damage vulnerable people with those belief sets.
