The idea is to drive up the price of energy. This way it will force people to drive less. Turn down the AC this summer. Turn down the heat this winter. It will force people to sell the F150 and buy a more fuel efficient vehicle or an electric vehicle.

I drive thorough a Leftist town on my way to work, and they have all these programmable road signs purchased with the American Infrastructure Investment Act of 2010 (which should have been used to fix bridges, buy new emergency equipment or whatever, but was used to pay health insurance costs for teacher’s unions and buy Dodge Challengers for police departments)
These signs say things like “Peak energy use today-avoid using air conditioning” or things like that.
I want to flip it a double bird every single day.
