I agree with you. I was born a longhorn (!!!)...attended UT after Blinn in Brenham. After the Southwest conference changed so much and we don’t hate each other anymore (!!!), if I were going to college I would chose A&M over UT any day.
....lol, i’m a tea sip too but when it came to spending money to go to college I refused to spend my money on U.T. which by that time had gone completely to hell academically and the football team wasn’t very hot either.
Left with the choice of daddy’s help or no daddy’s help they both went to A & M and graduated about 3 years apart. It’s an understatement that they are glad dad pulled monetary rank on them as they loved A & M and still do.
