I don't think she's going to lose. It doesn't help when the McCain wing keeps on finding new Martha McSallys to run for the seat. She's managed to get a LOT of conservatives to says nice things about her when she is no conservative.

She committed the cardinal sin of politics. Don’t screw your people over. That used to be the cardinal sin, but no more. Today, mere politics has been replaced by religious fanaticism, and the cardinal sin is to decry the party creed. Not vote against a policy.
