The silver lining in all of this so far is that Merrick Garland did not end up on the Supreme Court. So far. Just more proof that, no matter what, God does Bless America.

Interestingly enough, Merrick Garland was attending Skokie High School about the time the Nazis marched in Skokie. Yes, that Skokie, the one in Illinois. The inspiration for the Illinois Nazis.

Apparently, there is no reference that he is related to either Judy Garland or Beverly Garland, which may explain why he had the boys pick up some fashion tips from Melania's closet.

I do look forward to Garland's impeachment in January.
