There is a pipeline from Siberia to Shanghai just being completed. Russia will not need energy sales in the EU at all.
They also had a financial institution to replace SWIFT up and ready. Now BRICS has a bank and countries are lining up to join.

Same here. All the West had to do was being willing to SHARE the world, rather than thinking they could run it, just because the Soviet Union was out of the way.
I was so PROUD of the Republicans, particularly Reagan, for winning the Cold War...but then they gave us the Bushes and the Neocon bunch went on the warpath.
