Probably not for commercial aircraft.
Women pilots have consistently better safety records than men in flying transport planes. The reason is that if they are trained properly, they are more reliable in following checklists, rules, and safety procedures. It is the men who take shortcuts that get everybody killed.
Women do poorly in fighter craft. A different skill set is required and very few women have that skillset. Too many women get passed by "affirmative action" quotas.
Safety-critical occupations are an objective test which is pass-fail. The required skills are not evenly distributed by race, ethnic group, age, or gender. It is a lethal mistake to insist otherwise for reasons of political correctness.
