An attitude of hostility and distrust is not a proper substitute for information. In the absence of Russian transparency about their losses, reliance on US and NATO casualty estimates is reasonable. And we can also take a clue from the Russian parents who are going to great lengths and considerable risk to keep or get their sons out of the Russian military.
“In the absence of Russian transparency about their losses, reliance on US and NATO casualty estimates is reasonable.”
You’re welcome to do that, but as far as I’m concerned, I see land getting rolled up, daily now, by Russia, and I see motivation, $$$$$$’s, for what has been a virtual NON-STOP string of lies in just about every other area of this war.
So, no, I WILL NOT trust the Biden Administration, nor CNN, as to Russian numbers, because, believe it or not, they have lied to me in the past, many, many, times.
But if it does make you feel better about your tax dollars going to Ukraine, feel free to believe Biden/CNN all you want!
