Now it is who you are and what you are that determines whether one is prosecuted or not. To wit} Whether one is Black or White. Whether one is a Republican or Democrat. Whether one is politically connected, or not. Whether one is a athlete or not. Whether one is a member of Law Enforcement, or not. Whether the crime is politically approved by the Democrat Party, or not.
