Problem. I am in a blue state, but in one of the few red counties. On the famous votes-by-county US map, we are the two adjoining red splotches on the New Jersey shore. If that happens we will be trapped behind enemy lines. We'll need to wall off access to keep the "Bennies"* out, but our summer income will suffer.
*Bennies: Summer visitors to the Jersey Shore, mostly from blue north Jersey and NYC, renting seasonally or day tripping. They do spend quite a lot.
Good point. Maybe we need to be separated by counties instead of states. Many states have Bolshevik filled cities but the counties around them are all red.
