To: Cold Heart

For a very limited set of users, some of these EV’s could make sense. Short commutes, heavy towing for short distances, predictable routes. Maybe.

But for those of us in S FL who may need to spontaneously drive to ATL once in a while, a 2.5-day trip is not a solution.

I also like the Hummer EV with a gross vehicle weight of 9,500 lbs. Don’t let Anne Heche get ahold of one of those. It won’t stop in the kitchen, it will roll to Kansas.

I agree. However, after watching the roll out of EV’s, their short comings, their damage to the environment, and the demands on the electric grid, I have concluded EV’s should be limited to what people really want to drive and not what useful idiots or the government wants them to drive.
