Could be that the Special Agents were operating under extreme duress and knew that by NOT producing the search warrant to the attorney they were throwing the case by turning this operation into a totally illegal and inadmissible search.

The goons that work in the FBI all know exactly what they’re doing and they approve. Any FBI agents with a conscience left the agency long ago. Bad drives out good in any corporation.
Even convicts have the right to be present, and watch while their cells, rooms, and cube areas are being searched by uniformed staff. If anything is confiscated during the search, the convict is provided with a list of items removed, signed by the confiscating officer.
