“We are going to be feeling the effects of the Covid shut down for decades to come.”
I see that as a real positive for our family from sons to grandkids.
They can do the math and are using it now.
They have no problems working and using real math and science.
They are rare today and will become rarer as time goes on.
Sounds great, Grampa Dave.
Our grand daughter worked at a good hospital as a icu tech for 2 years as she finished her 4 year RN nursing program.
30 days after becoming an official RN she became the lead night shift RN for the Covid unit at the hospital where she had worked at for 2 years.
Her brother has worked for 3 summers and online for a good construction company. He will finish up this year and has a good job with them as an official engineer.
He was in the top 5% of his jr/sr high school math, and his team was in the top of the math Olympics for two years. Straight A’s at a good private high school and state college.
He enjoys working and using his math and physics skills.
His sister may even be better and faster with complex math than he is.
The super elites will ensure that these sharp people have good jobs.
