Folks, as far as I can tell, there are several simultaneous “Investigatons” (Note the quotes) on President Trump going on. All of them fishing expeditions.
In New York, there is Attorney General Letitia James’ investigations into the taxes and business practices of the Trump Organization.
There is the sham January 6 investigation still ongoing.
Then there is the Georgia investigation in this article.
Finally, they’ve added the new investigation — the raid on Mar-A-Lago on Trump’s allegedly swiping sensitive national security information from Mar-A-Lago. Whether this last one is related on January 6 remains to be seen.
They’re all fishing expeditions.
Two things...
They all suck at fishing.
There’s no fish to be caught.
If anyone thinks that they haven’t had all his tax returns since Day One, I have a bridge to sell you. How hard would it be for someone in the IRS to download and send his returns to any liberal hack AG or DA that wanted them. A few keystrokes, some left and right clicks on a mouse and off they go. All the public, legal wrangling about subpoenas for this or that is nothing but cover for them. All that information, been going after him since 2015, and not a single thing.
And to think, he was one of the people they all went to and begged for support.
He really has put the fear of God in them.
A lot of nothing...BUT..
With two objectives.
Tie trump up with costly time-consuming ligation.
And create some way of making him ineliable to run for public office.
BTW We are next ..regardless of whether they can “GET” Trump or not.
