This is now the only way to go. And not just with the DOJ. Red states have to now refuse ALL cooperation with the Feds. Refuse everything, on every level. The concept is well tested at SCOTUS. It’s the only way to salvage the Republic.
Only problem is fed will say fine. No federal money for you red states. And unfortunately they are given federal money to survive.
