Did Joe Biden know about this & if he did, when did he know it? Was he behind it? He may not have been behind it(I’m not sure he’s smart enough to plan something like this) but if he knew about it, he’s just as guilty. If he didn’t know about it, then there are other obvious implications. It seems to me that he holds some guilt in all this either way it comes down.
