Reality is this Mr. Blinken Africa is culturally conservative the LGBTQI (Did I forget anyone?) Rights you champion are not welcome as far as Christians not to mention Muslims in Africa are concerned.

China is finding new allies in Africa and in the case of Mali the Globalist Gang you lead is being kicked out by the new military government in favor of Russian mercenaries to fight jihadists.

This is called CYA, as China and Russia continues to make inroads in Africa. Words won’t be sufficient.

A pro-BRIC Africa means even more strategic minerals under the control of our enemies.

Watch out for South American incursions too.

Blinken is just trying to kiss up to African nations now with this propaganda because knows most African countries are now looking more favorably towards Russia and China, and more negatively towards the US. He wants to keep them all within the Western economic and monetary system, but many of them are thinking of leaving it anyway in favor of an alternative system. The third world countries are getting sick of us exporting our inflation to them.

What a joke.

The political “leaders” in every country in craphole Africa have been bought off by the Chinese, except Swaziland.

Blinken needs to be in special ed.

Hold on to your wallets! Partner means we are going to foot the bills.

The libs hang their policy hat on "equity". I wish they would look up the definition.

When an Italian says “Paisan!”, I reach for my wallet.

If an American say “partner” it in Africa, knowing us, I would reach for a gun.

Yep, China and Russia want only one thing from Africa. Natural resources. And I’m not talking about it’s people.

OK, does that mean we’re going to split the check equally?

what a side splitter

To a certain extent this is just following the polite fiction of diplomacy since the peace of Westphalia. Formally in diplomatic settings all countries are equals, in reality to borrow a phrase from Orwell: some are more equal than others.
