Me too. When I checked the IRS site this past week they said expect at least a 6 month delay.
They are hiring 80,000 more IRS drones under the new "anti-inflation" Bill just passed. I suspect the wait times for refunds will only increase. This was not done for "efficiency".
Yep, I suspect they will go through my filing with a fine tooth comb. BTW do you have the site to check up on returns?
