A GOP led House could defund many of Biden’s tax and spend grabs, IF they have the political will to do so. Newt Gingrich had the power and a massive public mandate to do this in 1995. But after the lobbyists went into overdrive, very little changed.
I think we would need about 250 Boeberts, Greenes, and Gosars to make any real cuts happen.
