Because the middle eastern countries have not succumbed to the rampant decadence that the USA is mired in. In those countries, they hang the LGBT crowd, or throw them off tall buildings.

Disney seems to realize they can’t get away with some of their crap in middle eastern countries,yet they don’t back off from trying it here where they are generally much more free. I’d say Disney management is treading a very thin line.
