China has never forgotten that Japan ruled Taiwan beginning in 1895 and used it as an unsinkable aircraft carrier for the invasion of China.
We may ignore this aspect, but China considers Taiwan to be a "go to war" red line, just as Russia did with Ukraine being invited to join NATO.

You sure got that right! Any fool could see this coming.

So this begs the question, what are the US "fools" trying to do with this nonsense? Best I can come up with is "our fools " are moving on to create another disaster to cover up the current disaster -- Ukraine.

The Ruskies are winning in Ukraine and "our fools" need to cover up that debacle before sh#*t hits the proverbial fan.
