I was speaking specifically about Arizona, but in terms of Pennsylvania and Georgia it's up to the individual. If I lived in either state it would likely be a "hold my nose and vote" moment because those seats are important. But I can also understand that for some people the candidates in question are too bad to vote for and I can respect that as well.

Actually, I can see that as being at least remotely possible. Mail in votes traditionally tend to being pretty elderly. It was the elderly that kept sending McCain to the Senate over and over and over in Arizona... And the elderly are the most likely to react poorly to Trump style campaigning or speech. “Oh, that man is mean. Why can’t we have a nice civil man like that McCain fellow? He was so statesman-like and now there are all these rude people!”
