Covid lockdowns masking travel restrictions and a vax that doesn’t work we’re implemented by a republican prez. He strongly supported gay marriage and is supposedly Reagan incarnate… (small i). His international policies and trafficking excellent, domestically he put blood in the water and we are about to be eaten in a frenzy.

Better to fight it all out openly and sooner is better.
Sides have been chosen and the Eastern/Asian Alliance, for the moment, has the apparent high ground, socially, economically and morally.
Doesn’t mean they are saints or perfect, just that they are cooperating for growth, not for destruction and for a plurality if equals, not for a hierarchical hegemony.
