Of course it is not easy—you will have to disappoint a lot of people.
But—it is your life—you own it—and at the end of the day everybody else can go ^%$# themselves if they are trying to convince you to marry someone you do not want to marry.
There are many cases where the bride or groom have no-showed at their own wedding—it is a big decision and they made it—at the last minute!
I don’t think this gal sees her life as her own.
