Other than as a sop to the LGBT community, why would we even try to get her back? Yes there is a political complement to her sentence but she knowingly openly violated Russian law. To hell with her. I can tell you President Biden wouldn’t give a rat’s rear about me if I put myself in such a fix.

I think her mate was a gold digger - appears she got pregnant with twins before they married - so I just think she gets played quite a bit. Rather nieve as well and there’s always peopleready to jump on someone like that.
I’m not defending her but i just think from what I’ve heard, read and found she doesn’t strike me as one who does well socially - out of the sports arena.
